These terms cover your use of workflow-app.net. Access to our software platforms is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with your organisation. Where the two differ, that agreement wins.
An information site describing our products and services. Nothing here is a binding offer. Descriptions, capabilities and availability may change as the products develop.
We do not publish prices, because what you pay depends on team size, number of sites and modules. A figure becomes binding only when it is issued to you in writing as a quotation, and quotations are valid for the period stated on them.
Your operational records remain yours. We store and process them so the software can run, and for no other purpose. You can export them to Excel or PDF at any time without asking us first.
Bespoke software and website projects are scoped in writing before development starts, priced against that scope, and delivered in milestones. Changes to scope after work begins are agreed in writing and may change the price or timeline.
Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt this website or our platforms, access another organisation's data, or use our systems to store unlawful material. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.
The software, source code, designs and branding of WorkFlow Solutions remain ours. A licence grants your organisation the right to use the software — it does not transfer ownership of it. Your own data, logos and content remain yours. Where we deliver a bespoke build, ownership of the deliverable is set out in that project's agreement.
We aim to keep our platforms available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service on this website. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.
This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability relating to our software platforms is set out in your organisation's agreement with us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
This site links to our platforms and to external services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
