Because a published figure would be wrong for most people reading it. What you pay depends on team size, how many sites you run and which modules you need — a single-branch shop and a three-site mine are not the same product. Your organisation is set up as its own tenant with every feature open for 30 days. No card required. At the end you can take the one-time licence, move to a monthly plan, or stop — and if you stop, you can export your data on the way out.
Yes, and it's enforced in the database rather than the interface. Every platform uses PostgreSQL row-level security, so a query for records outside your organisation returns nothing — regardless of what the front end asks for. Access within your organisation is then controlled by roles and department scoping.
That's the normal starting point. Every register has an Excel bulk-import template, and we'll map your existing columns onto it during onboarding. Exports use the same format, so data moves in both directions.
You do. It's your operational record, and you can export it to Excel or PDF at any time without asking us. We don't sell it, mine it, or share it with anyone.

The field-facing platforms are built for it. Fleet Manager in particular keeps working through a dropout and syncs when the connection returns, because remote sites and haulage routes rarely have coverage the whole way.
