This policy explains what WorkFlow Solutions collects when you use workflow-app.net, and what we do with it. It covers this website. Our software platforms are governed separately by the agreement we sign with your organisation.
We do not collect payment details through this website.
Contact details are used for one purpose: replying to you and, if it goes further, arranging a demo or quote. Analytics tells us which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not use either for advertising.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or pass it to advertisers or data brokers. If someone contacts you claiming to have bought your details from us, they are lying.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, and only for the function they perform:
Beyond these, we disclose information only where the law requires it.
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation may reasonably continue, and up to three years afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need and no more.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
