Privacy policy

This policy explains what WorkFlow Solutions collects when you use workflow-app.net, and what we do with it. It covers this website. Our software platforms are governed separately by the agreement we sign with your organisation.
What we collect on this website
- What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation and message. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you write.
- How the site is used — only if you accept cookies. Google Analytics then records anonymised usage — pages viewed, approximate region, device type, referring site. It does not tell us who you are. If you decline, or never answer the cookie banner, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
- A cookie preference. Your accept-or-decline choice is stored in your browser so we stop asking. It stays on your device, and you can change it at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.
We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
Contact details are used for one purpose: replying to you and, if it goes further, arranging a demo or quote. Analytics tells us which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not use either for advertising.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or pass it to advertisers or data brokers. If someone contacts you claiming to have bought your details from us, they are lying.
Who else can see it
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, and only for the function they perform:
- Supabase — stores contact form submissions so our team can reply to them.
- Netlify — hosts this website, and receives contact form submissions if our main system is briefly unavailable.
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage statistics, only if you accept cookies.
- Brevo — sends transactional email, including the alert our team gets when you send a message.
- YouTube — hosts our overview video. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play, so if you never start the video, YouTube receives nothing about your visit.
Beyond these, we disclose information only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation may reasonably continue, and up to three years afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it, and we will.
- Decline cookies using the banner — Google Analytics is then never loaded, and the site works normally either way. If you accepted earlier, choosing Decline from Cookie settings stops analytics and removes its cookies.
- Block analytics entirely with a browser setting or extension.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need and no more.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
